Customer rights / Right of withdrawal
Cancellation terms
• 10 days before the tour the customer will be asked to pay 50% of the balance as a deposit
• The remaining 50% will be paid on site before the tour departs
• The customer will be able to enjoy the right of withdrawal of the amount paid only due to adverse weather conditions
